Jennifer Mathieu is an American author known for her young adult novels. She began her writing career with the publication of her debut novel, The Truth About Alice, in 2014. Mathieu’s work often explores themes relevant to teenagers, including identity, social dynamics, and personal growth.

Following her debut, Mathieu published several other young adult novels. Her second book, Devoted, was released in 2015. This was followed by Afterward in 2016, and Moxie in 2017. Moxie tells the story of a teenage girl who starts a feminist revolution at her high school. Mathieu’s books are published by Roaring Brook Press, an imprint of Macmillan.
