Sue Hendra is a British author and illustrator known for her work in children’s literature. She studied at the University of Brighton, where she honed her skills in illustration. Hendra has collaborated with Paul Linnet on several successful children’s books.
One of her most notable works is Barry the Fish with Fingers, published in 2009. This book has been praised for its engaging story and vibrant illustrations. Another popular title is No-Bot, the Robot with No Bottom, which was published in 2013 and has been well-received by young readers.
Hendra’s book Supertato, co-authored with Paul Linnet, was published in 2014. The series has become a favourite among children, featuring a superhero potato and his adventures. The success of Supertato has led to several sequels, including Supertato: Veggies Assemble and Supertato: Run, Veggies, Run!
In addition to her work with Linnet, Hendra has illustrated books for other authors, contributing to a wide range of children’s literature. Her distinctive style and engaging storytelling have made her a prominent figure in the field.
