Saskia Gwinn is a British author and editor specialising in children’s non-fiction. She has worked in publishing for over twenty years, including roles as a publisher and commissioning editor. Gwinn is known for her interest in creating books that encourage curiosity and engagement with the world, particularly through factual and illustrated titles for young readers.
Her writing includes the book Every Word Tells a Story, illustrated by Marc-Etienne Peintre and published by Wide Eyed Editions in 2022. This title explores the origins and meanings of words, aiming to make etymology accessible and enjoyable for children. Gwinn’s approach often combines educational content with playful, accessible language and engaging visuals.
