The book explains how to navigate school, manage stress around exams, understand learning styles, plan study breaks and use techniques including mindfulness, recall and planning.
Her young adult fiction includes Toxic, a contemporary novel about Llewella, a sixth-form student whose new friendship with Aretha affects her confidence, interests and anxiety. Toxic was published in paperback on 1 July 2022.
Clicks: How to Be Your Best Self Online was published by Macmillan Children’s Books on 18 May 2023 for readers aged 13 to 16. The book gives young people guidance on evaluating online arguments, spotting fake news, using the internet for campaigning, choosing online role models and showing allyship to marginalised groups.
