Jeremy Strong is an English writer of children’s books. He has written more than 100 children’s books, and his previous jobs included bakery work putting jam into doughnuts, work as a caretaker, strawberry-picking and office work for British Rail.
The Hundred-Mile-An-Hour Dog, illustrated by Nick Sharratt, is a chapter book for children with an interest age of 6 to 9 and a reading age of 7+. Penguin published the book in 2007, and its story follows Trevor, who is offered £30 to walk Streaker the dog every day during the summer.
The Hundred-Mile-an-Hour Dog was published by Puffin on 4 January 2007 in a 128-page paperback edition with ISBN 9780141322346.
