Code Name: Serendipity, Amber Smith’s first novel for middle-grade readers, was published by Razorbill on 4 January 2022. The book is for readers aged 8 to 12 and follows eleven-year-old Sadie Mitchell-Rosen, who forms a telepathic connection with an injured dog named Dewey.
Fade into You, co-written by Amber Smith and Sam Gellar, was published by McElderry on 4 November 2025. The novel is set in 1999 and follows Bird Nardino and Jessa Papadopoulos as they become connected through a plan involving their friends Kayla and Dade.
