Tanya Goodin is a British author and campaigner known for her work on digital wellbeing and technology use among children and young people. She has written several books addressing the impact of digital devices and social media, including My Brain Has Too Many Tabs Open (2021), Off: Your Digital Detox for a Better Life (2017), and Stop Staring at Screens! (2018). Goodin’s books have been published by HarperCollins and are aimed at helping families and individuals manage screen time and digital habits.
She is the founder of the digital wellbeing movement Time To Log Off, which promotes healthy technology use. Goodin has contributed to public discussions on digital health, appearing in media and at events to discuss the effects of technology on mental health and family life.
Her book My Brain Has Too Many Tabs Open was published by HarperCollins in 2021. Goodin’s work has been recognised for raising awareness about digital wellbeing and providing practical advice for parents, teachers, and young people.
