Sara Stanford biography

Sara Stanford is a freelance writer and editor specialising in children’s non-fiction and activity books. She has worked on licensed and own-brand projects for publishers including Egmont, Scholastic, Hachette and Eaglemoss, producing hands-on titles for homes, schools and libraries.

Her craft and upcycling series “The Recycling Project Book” includes I Am Not a Toilet Roll (paperback, 48 pp.; published 4 October 2018; ISBN 9781783124060) and I Am Not an Eggbox (paperback, 48 pp.; published 4 October 2018; ISBN 9781783124169). A bind-up, The Brilliant Recycling Project Book, followed on 6 February 2020, combining earlier material for a single volume of make-and-do activities.

Stanford also writes gaming and STEM-adjacent guides.
