Ruthann Godollei biography

Ruthann Godollei is a US printmaker, author and educator whose work combines text, satire and social commentary across prints and installation. Her official site notes that she works in multiple media and runs Printland Press LLC, exhibiting internationally and addressing abuses of power in image and language.

As an author for general readers and students she has written practical guides to DIY print culture. Her handbook How to Create Your Own Gig Posters, Band T-Shirts, Album Covers & Stickers outlines step-by-step methods from screenprinting to collage for building a band’s visual identity. Earlier she co-authored Road Show: Art Cars and the Museum of the Streets, documenting the art-car movement.
