Natasha Daniels is a child therapist who specialises in anxiety and OCD. For more than two decades she has worked with children and teens and supported families and schools through resources and training. She is known for AT Parenting Survival – an online hub that includes practical courses, a podcast and a YouTube channel focused on childhood anxiety and OCD.
Her books include the parenting guide How to Parent Your Anxious Toddler, activity-led titles such as Social Skills Activities for Kids and Crushing OCD Workbook for Kids, and picture-book resources including It’s Brave to Be Kind, The Grief Rock and Chloe and the Bossy Cloud. She also writes for adolescents, notably Anxiety Sucks! A Teen Survival Guide.
Daniels’ work is published by a range of presses and is widely used by educators and parents seeking evidence-based, child-friendly strategies for anxiety and OCD. Her materials appear on recommended reading lists for schools.
Her memoir, Out of My Shell, was published on 19 September 2024.
