Mark Chambers biography

Mark Chambers is a British author and illustrator of children’s books. He studied Illustration at the University of Lincoln and has been represented by The Bright Agency since graduating.

Chambers has illustrated books for a range of children’s writers, including Kes Gray, Lucy Rowland, Alison Steadman, Charlie Higson, and Alex English. His illustration and author-illustration work spans picture books and fiction for younger readers.

His published credits include Pigeon Poo, Noisy Bottoms, The Hoys (with Kes Gray), Jake Bakes a Monster Cake (with Lucy Rowland), and the Sky Pirates adventures (with Alex English).

Pigeon Poo won the Sheffield Children’s Picture Book Prize.
