Recommended reading books for primary & secondary aged children in the UK
Paula Bossio is an author and illustrator of children’s books. She wrote and illustrated The Line, published on 15 December 2011; the same work also appears in Spanish as El lápiz. She also created Search Through Time: Travel Through History to Find Lots of Fun Things, published on 1 February 2023.
Bossio has also illustrated books by other writers across picture books, humour and nonfiction. These include La historia, los viajes y la abuela by Pilar Lozano, published on 1 January 2019; Happily Ever Afterwards by Shaun Micallef, published on 29 September 2021; ¿Baila usted? / Do You Dance? by María Del Sol Peralta, published on 20 September 2022; The Wild Life of Animals by Mike Barfield, published on 1 August 2023; and All the Bees Died Out? by Izzi Howell, published on 1 April 2024.
