Nuria Tamarit is a Spanish illustrator and comic artist known for her work in graphic novels and children’s literature. She studied Fine Arts at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Tamarit’s illustration style is characterised by vibrant colours and expressive characters, often drawing on folklore and fantasy themes.
Tamarit has illustrated several graphic novels, including Giantess and Duerme Pueblo, the latter created in collaboration with Xulia Vicente. Her work has appeared in various anthologies and magazines, and she has contributed to both Spanish and international publications. Tamarit’s illustrations have also been featured in children’s books and editorial projects.
Her graphic novel Giantess was published in English by Fantagraphics in 2023. Tamarit’s work has been recognised in the comics community, and she has participated in exhibitions and festivals related to illustration and comics.
