Morgan E. Moroney is an Egyptologist and children’s non-fiction author. Publisher pages record that she has been a PhD candidate in Egyptology focused on Egyptian art and archaeology, with experience in museum work and archaeological fieldwork in Egypt and Ethiopia.
Her book Gods and Goddesses of Ancient Egypt: Egyptian Mythology for Kids (Callisto Kids) introduces core deities and beliefs of ancient Egypt for readers ages 8-12. The volume presents 20 concise myths with illustrations and short fact sections on topics such as hieroglyphs, mummification and daily life, providing clear context for classroom study.
