Grace Habib is a creator of children’s board books and also works as an illustrator. Her book *Baby’s Black and White Books Hello!* was published in 2022. She later created *Suki Cat Astronaut*, an interactive board book published by Nosy Crow in 2024 for children aged 2 to 4. In that story, Suki Cat becomes an astronaut and readers join her by pushing sliders and pulling tabs.
Habib has illustrated a wide range of interactive books for very young readers. These include *100 Days of Kindness: A Counting Lift-the-Flap Book* in 2022, *Puppy, Puppy Peekaboo* in May 2023, *Lion, Lion Peekaboo* and *Moo Cow, Moo Cow Peekaboo* in September 2023, *Baby’s Black and White Books: Animals* in October 2023, and *Digging for Dinosaurs* in May 2025.
Her books for babies and toddlers often use interactive features such as lift-the-flap pages, grab-and-pull mechanisms, mirrors, peek-through holes, sliders and tabs. A specific dated milestone in her recent work is *Digging for Dinosaurs*, illustrated by Grace Habib and published on 6 May 2025.
