Elle Kennedy is an author of contemporary romance and romantic suspense. She grew up in the suburbs of Toronto, Ontario, and holds a B.A. in English from York University. She began actively pursuing writing as a teenager.
Kennedy writes the Off-Campus series, a New Adult hockey romance series. The series includes The Deal, The Mistake, The Score, The Goal and The Legacy. The Deal is book one in the series; its paperback publication date is 24 February 2015, and it was published by Bloom Books, an imprint of Sourcebooks.
Her Briar U series continues the Briar University setting. The Play is book three in Briar U, with a paperback publication date of 7 October 2019, and The Dare is book four, with a paperback publication date of 16 June 2020; both were published by Bloom Books.
Kennedy has also written with Sarina Bowen. Stay, by Sarina Bowen and Elle Kennedy, is book two in the WAGs series; its paperback edition was published by Bloom Books on 17 September 2024. Love Song (Standard Edition), a Briar universe standalone romance by Elle Kennedy, was published by Bloom Books on 17 March 2026.
