Chris Callaghan biography
Chris Callaghan is a British children’s author known for his debut novel, The Great Chocoplot, published by Chicken House in 2016. The book tells the story of a global chocolate crisis and has been translated into several languages. Before becoming an author, Callaghan worked in various roles, including as an aircraft engineer in the Royal Air Force and as an environmental scientist. The Great Chocoplot was shortlisted for the 2017 Stockton Children’s Book of the Year and was selected for the 2017 Summer Reading Challenge.
