Stefan Milosavljevich is a children’s non-fiction author and digital creator known for presenting archaeology and human prehistory to general audiences under the name “Stefan Milo”. After studying archaeology at the University of Sheffield, he began making short, research-led videos on archaeology, anthropology and human evolution for his YouTube channel, aiming to make evidence-based history accessible to young readers and families.

His debut book for children, Tales of Ancient Worlds: Adventures in Archaeology, introduces significant digs and discoveries through concise case studies. Illustrated by Sam Caldwell and published by Neon Squid (an imprint of Macmillan Children’s Books) in April 2022, the title presents shipwrecks, tombs and everyday artefacts as entry points to how archaeologists ask questions and interpret finds.
