Seb Braun is a children’s book illustrator and picture-book creator who also works under the name Sebastien Braun. He was born and brought up in France and studied applied art at Strasbourg University. He began his career as an art teacher before becoming a freelance illustrator in Paris, then moved to London in 2000 and developed his illustration work for children’s books.
His early freelance illustration commissions were for magazines in Paris.
His books include Can you say it too? Brrr! Brrr!, a lift-the-flap board book for ages 0 to 3 published by Nosy Crow in 2016, and The Tiger Prowls: A Pop-up Book of Wild Animals, illustrated by Braun with Maggie Bateson as another primary creator. Under the name Seb Braun, his books published by Tiger Tales include Night Night, Christmas and Thanksgiving Friends.
