Rebekah Ballagh is a New Zealand author, illustrator, and counsellor known for her work in children’s and young adult literature, as well as for her resources on mental health and wellbeing. She is the founder of the platform ‘Journey to Wellness’, which provides mental health support and resources through illustrations, guides, and workshops.

Ballagh has written and illustrated several books aimed at supporting children and families in understanding and managing emotions. Her titles include Note to Self: The Secrets of Calm (2021), Words of Comfort (2022), and Big Feelings (2022), all published by Allen & Unwin.
