Polly Noakes biography
Polly Noakes is a British author and illustrator of children’s picture books. She graduated from Cambridge School of Art in 2015 with an MA in Children’s Book Illustration.
Noakes wrote and illustrated Hide and Seek, published by Child’s Play (International) Ltd on 19 November 2018 (ISBN 9781786281814).
Her picture book Just the Two of Us was published by Andersen Press in 2024.
Noakes is the author and illustrator of The Lost Christmas Letter, scheduled for publication by Puffin on 8 October 2026 (ISBN 9780241780749).
On 6 May 2025, Just the Two of Us was announced as the winner of Oscar’s Book Prize.
