Margaret Araba Coleman, known as Maggie Coleman, was the author of Hope Forever, Yui’s Beginning, a chapter book for pre-teens and teenagers.

The novel follows Yui, a Japanese expatriate in Ukraine, after war forces her to leave with her mother and sisters while her father stays behind. The story follows Yui’s evacuation and her attempt to adjust after separation from her father and home.

Coleman completed Hope Forever, Yui’s Beginning after her first year of secondary school. The book was accepted for publication before her death in July 2025.
