Linda Kranz is an American author and illustrator known for picture books, journals and activity titles that encourage creativity, self-expression and noticing nature’s details. Her work often features brightly painted rock fish and concise, reassuring messages for young readers.

Her best-known picture books include Only One You, its companion You Be You, and Where I Belong. She has also created journals and keepsake titles such as All About Me: A Keepsake Journal for Kids, Through My Eyes: A Journal for Teens, More About Me and For My Child, alongside the craft title Let’s Rock.

Where I Belong was published by Muddy Boots in 2016, and Let’s Rock followed from the same imprint in 2017. Only One You was first published in 2006.
