Huynh Thi.Kim.Lien biography

Huynh Thi.Kim.Lien is a Vietnamese illustrator who works mainly on children’s books. Her illustrations are inspired by the folk culture of Vietnam and Asia. In 2021, she created My First Day with Phùng Nguyên Quang. In 2023, the pair published My Grandfather’s Song. She also illustrated Joanna McInerney’s The Fawn Who Chased the Sun, which was published on 10 November 2022.

Her other illustrated books include If Lin Can: How Jeremy Lin Inspired Asian Americans to Shoot for the Stars, The Floating Field: How a Group of Thai Boys Built Their Own Soccer Field, and You Make the World. She also illustrated The Incredible Pop-up Mummy: With 20 flaps to lift and giant pop-ups, published by Templar Books on 13 October 2022.
