Beatrix Hatcher is a children’s book illustrator. She illustrated I Am NOT a Prince, a picture book written by Rachael Davis about Hopp, a frog who does not want to become a prince and whose story challenges gender stereotypes.
She illustrated See Inside Artificial Intelligence, a 16-page board book in the See Inside series, written by Alex Frith and Victoria Williams and published by Usborne on 1 April 2025. The book introduces artificial intelligence for readers aged 7 to 10 through questions about what computers, machines and robots can do.
See Inside AI, also written by Alex Frith and Victoria Williams and illustrated by Beatrix Hatcher, was published in hardback with the ISBN 9781805074502 and marked as suitable for readers aged 7 to 8. See Inside Artificial Intelligence won the 2025 Verein für Leseförderung e.V. award, was shortlisted for the 2026 ASE Book of the Year Award and was longlisted for the 2026 Spark! Children’s Book Award.
