Our review:
A tractor-driving turtle, an iguana, ice cream stuffed with penguins, and crazy experiments. Poo In The Zoo begins at the zoo of little Bob McGrew. Hilarious illustrations, rhyming text, and a touch of wordplay take the reader on an adventure to find out whose poo can be used to fuel madcap vehicles.
A poo-fueled snowmobile, hover car, banana, and many more take part in a chaotic road race around the world. With funky names such as “the brothers Gloop,” what could go wrong? The competitiveness lessens to give a positive moral choice, leaving an unlikely winner to win the golden poo.
My favourite thing about this book is the illustrations. They are very detailed, quirky, and so much fun. Children around 3 to 6 years generally find poo funny and will love this wacky adventure.
Many thanks to Little Tiger for the review copy.
