Zoë Armstrong biography

Zoë Armstrong is a British author of children’s books. She has a background in journalism and communications, and her writing often explores themes related to nature, wellbeing, and the world around us. Armstrong’s debut picture book, Find Your Happy, was illustrated by Sophie Williams and published by Wide Eyed Editions in 2020. The book introduces mindfulness techniques to young readers, aiming to help children understand and manage their emotions.

In 2021, Armstrong published Skyward: The Story of Female Pilots in WWII, illustrated by Sally Agar and released by Flying Eye Books. This non-fiction picture book tells the story of women pilots during the Second World War, highlighting their contributions and experiences.
