Sinead O’Hart biography

Sinead O’Hart is an Irish author of children’s fiction. Her debut novel, The Eye of the North, was published by Stripes Publishing in 2018. The book was shortlisted for the 2019 Northern Ireland Book Award. O’Hart’s second novel, The Star-Spun Web, was released by Stripes Publishing in 2019. This title was shortlisted for the KPMG Children’s Books Ireland Awards in 2020. She has also written Skyborn, published in 2021, and The Silver Road, published in 2023, both by Little Tiger. O’Hart holds a PhD in Old and Middle English literature. Her books are published in the UK and Ireland by Little Tiger Group. The Star-Spun Web was selected for the 2020 Read for Empathy collection by EmpathyLab UK.
