Sara Khan biography

Sara Khan is a children’s author and art director whose books focus on Islamic belief and practice for toddlers and young children.

She holds a first-class BA (Hons) in Linguistics and Arabic and an MA in Translation and Interpreting Studies from the University of Manchester.

Khan is the author of the My First Book series, which includes My First Book About Allah, My First Book About the Qur’an, My First Book About the Prophet Muhammad, My First Book About Salah, My First Book About Ramadan, My First Book About Hajj and My First Book About Charity.

She also wrote Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr, illustrated by Nadiyah Suyatna and published by words & pictures in 2024.

Her books are published by Kube Publishing and Quarto Publishing Group. Public author information describes her as an international bestselling author and art director.
