Rose Davidson biography

Rose Davidson is a children’s author, editor and researcher who specialises in non-fiction. She has written for both print and digital platforms on subjects including science, history and the natural world. Before publishing books, she worked as an editor and digital producer for National Geographic Kids. She studied journalism and anthropology at Ohio State University.

Davidson is the author of titles in the FACTopia! series, which present hundreds of linked facts for readers aged 8 to 12. Her books include Science FACTopia!, published in 2024, and Epic FACTopia!: Follow the Trail of 400 Extreme Facts, published in 2025. The series uses a trail format to connect topics ranging from space and engineering to wildlife and everyday science.
