Rachel Chivers Khoo is a Northern Irish author who writes for children. She grew up in Belfast and has a background in English literature. Chivers Khoo is the author of The Wishkeeper’s Apprentice, which was published by Walker Books in 2022. The story follows a young boy named Felix who becomes involved with a wishkeeper and explores themes of hope and friendship. Chivers Khoo’s writing is informed by her interest in folklore and the power of imagination. The Wishkeeper’s Apprentice was her debut children’s novel, published in 2022.
