Rachel Burge is a British author known for writing young adult fiction that often draws on folklore and myth. She studied at the Open University, where she completed a degree in English Literature and Creative Writing. Burge’s work is published by Hachette Children’s Books under the imprint Atom.
Her debut novel, The Twisted Tree, was published by Atom in 2018. The story is inspired by Norse mythology and is set in a remote part of Norway. The book was followed by a sequel, The Crooked Mask, which continues the exploration of mythological themes.
