Paul Ian Cross is a British author and scientist who writes books for children and young adults. He holds a background in science communication and has worked in medical research. Cross is known for combining his scientific expertise with storytelling to engage young readers with science-themed narratives.
His works include the Praxx and the Ringing Robot series, which introduces children to scientific concepts through adventure stories. Cross has also written non-fiction titles aimed at helping children understand science in an accessible way. His book How to Vanquish a Virus was published by Welbeck Children’s Books in 2021.
