Niki Webster biography

Niki Webster is a British author and food writer known for her plant-based cookbooks aimed at children, families, and adults. She is the creator of the food blog Rebel Recipes, where she shares vegan recipes and cooking inspiration. Webster’s work focuses on accessible, flavourful plant-based meals, and she has contributed recipes and articles to various publications and platforms.

Her debut cookbook, Rebel Recipes: Maximum Flavour, Minimum Fuss, was published by Bloomsbury in 2019. This was followed by Be More Vegan: The Young Person’s Guide to Going (a Bit More) Plant-Based! in 2020, published by Scholastic, which is specifically targeted at younger readers and families interested in plant-based eating. Webster has also published My Vegan Year (Scholastic, 2021), a guide for children and teenagers that includes recipes, tips, and seasonal advice for following a vegan lifestyle throughout the year.
