Josh Lacey biography

Josh Lacey is a British author known for writing children’s books, particularly adventure and humorous fiction. He has written several series and standalone titles for young readers. Lacey is the author of the Dragonsitter series, which follows the adventures of a boy named Eddie who is tasked with looking after a dragon. The first book in the series, The Dragonsitter, was published by Andersen Press in 2012.

In addition to the Dragonsitter books, Lacey has written the Grk series, which centres on a boy called Tim and his dog Grk as they travel to different countries and become involved in various escapades. The first book in this series, A Dog Called Grk, was published by Andersen Press in 2005.

Lacey has also written the Hope Jones series, which features a young protagonist campaigning for environmental causes. The first book, Hope Jones Saves the World, was published by Andersen Press in 2020.

Josh Lacey’s works are published by Andersen Press. His book The Dragonsitter was shortlisted for the Roald Dahl Funny Prize in 2012.
