Johnny Sexton is an Irish rugby player and author. He won four Six Nations championships, including two Grand Slams, and four European Cups with Leinster. He was named World Player of the Year in 2018, and he captained Ireland to the Grand Slam in 2023.
As a writer, Johnny Sexton published Becoming a Lion on 23 September 2013. The book focuses on professional rugby and his 2013 British and Irish Lions tour.
He later published Obsessed: The Autobiography on 10 October 2024. A paperback edition of Obsessed: The Autobiography followed on 19 August 2025.
