James Hook biography

James Hook is a Welsh rugby player and author. He spent 14 years as a professional rugby player with the Ospreys, Perpignan and Gloucester. He won 81 caps for Wales, played in two World Cup campaigns, won a Six Nations Grand Slam, and toured with the British & Irish Lions in 2009.

With David Brayley, he wrote Chasing a Rugby Dream: Book One: Kick Off, the first book in the Chasing a Rugby Dream series, published on 1 December 2020. He and Brayley followed it with Chasing a Rugby Dream: Book Two: Impact, published on 14 December 2021.
