Georgia Summers is a half-British, half-Trinidadian author who has lived across Russia, Colombia and the United States. Her debut novel, The City of Stardust, is a standalone fantasy about Violet Everly, a young woman trying to break a family curse involving stardust, missing relatives, scholars, gods and monsters.
The City of Stardust was published in the UK by Hachette on 25 January 2024, with fantasy and fantasy romance given as its genres. The story follows Violet as she searches for her mother and for the key to the city of stardust, where the Everly family story began.
Summers followed The City of Stardust with The Bookshop Below, another standalone fantasy. The Bookshop Below centres on Cassandra Fairfax, a disgraced bookseller drawn back into a dangerous magical world of powerful books, deadly ink magic, unscrupulous collectors and secretive societies after Chiron’s death.
The Bookshop Below was published on 18 November 2025.
