Elliot Krusynski is a British illustrator and author of children’s books. He studied Graphic Communication at Bath Spa University before becoming a freelance illustrator. His illustration work has included editorial, packaging and advertising projects.
His clients have included The New York Times Book Review, the Telegraph, Anorak, Vice and AirBnB. His art has been exhibited at Somerset House.
His board book Hop Aboard! Baby’s First Vehicles was published by Walker Books on 2 September 2021 for children aged 1 to 3. The 18-page book introduces eight vehicles through bold shapes, colours, read-aloud sounds and a novelty mirror.
Professor Wooford McPaw’s History of Cars was published on 7 September 2021. The 64-page hardback follows Professor McPaw through the history of cars, from early steam engines and combustion engines to motor racing, electric cars and self-driving cars.
Professor Wooford McPaw’s History of Astronomy was published on 7 April 2022. The 60-page hardback is the second book in the Wooford McPaw series and covers changing ideas about astronomy from Ancient Greece to Copernicus, Galileo, Newton, Einstein and Hawking.
