Dougie Poynter biography

Dougie Poynter is a British author and musician, known for his work in children’s literature. He is a member of the band McFly. Poynter has co-authored several children’s books, including The Dinosaur That Pooped Christmas, which was published by Red Fox in 2012. This book was written in collaboration with Tom Fletcher. The pair have since co-authored further titles in the series, such as The Dinosaur That Pooped a Planet! and The Dinosaur That Pooped the Past!.

Poynter’s books are published by Penguin Random House Children’s UK. The Dinosaur That Pooped series features humorous rhyming stories aimed at young readers. In addition to his work as an author, Poynter continues to perform as a musician.
