Cédric Ramadier biography

Cédric Ramadier is a French author and illustrator known for his work in children’s literature. He has collaborated extensively with illustrator Vincent Bourgeau, producing a range of picture books for young readers. Their joint works include the popular “Livre” series, such as Le livre qui dort (2015), Le livre en colère (2016), and Le livre qui a peur (2017), published by L’École des loisirs.

Ramadier’s books often explore emotions and everyday experiences, using simple text and bold illustrations. His titles have been translated into several languages and are widely used in early childhood education. In addition to his collaborations, Ramadier has also worked as an art director and graphic designer in the publishing industry.

His book Le livre en colère was shortlisted for the Prix Sorcières in 2017.
