Carrie Sellon is a British author of children’s fiction. Her debut middle-grade novel Pizza Pete and the Perilous Potions was published in 2023 by Guppy Books, the first in a trilogy. Illustration for the series is by Sarah Horne.
She previously worked for the BBC Natural History Unit making wildlife films.
The trilogy includes Pizza Pete and the Perilous Potions, followed by Pizza Pete and the Missing Magic, and Pizza Pete and the Peculiar Professor. Pizza Pete and the Perilous Potions won the InspiREAD Book Award (shorter book) and was shortlisted for The Week Junior Book Awards.
