Caroline Brewer is a British children’s author and former primary school teacher. She is known for her book Refugee Boy, which she co-adapted for the stage with Lemn Sissay, based on the novel by Benjamin Zephaniah. Brewer has written several books for children, including Marvin’s Market Adventure and Other Stories, published by Frances Lincoln Children’s Books. She has also contributed to educational resources and literacy projects, working with organisations such as the National Literacy Trust. Brewer’s work often focuses on themes of diversity and inclusion. Her book Marvin’s Market Adventure was published in 2010. She has participated in literacy campaigns and school workshops across the UK.
