Cariad Lloyd is a British comedian, actor, writer, and podcaster. She is the author of the children’s book Babysitting George, published by Walker Books in 2014. Lloyd is also known for her work in comedy, including appearances on BBC Radio 4 and television programmes such as QI and Have I Got News for You. She created and hosts the award-winning podcast Griefcast, which won Best Entertainment Podcast and Podcast of the Year at the British Podcast Awards in 2018. Lloyd’s published works include contributions to anthologies and her non-fiction book You Are Not Alone, released in 2023. Her career spans writing, performing, and podcasting, with recognition for her contributions to both children’s literature and audio media.
