Andrew Pettie is a British writer, editor and journalist. He studied at St Peter’s College, Oxford and has contributed to The Times of London, The Sunday Times and The Daily Telegraph, where he served as Head of Culture.
Pettie is editor-in-chief of the children’s non-fiction title What on Earth! Magazine, published by Britannica, and edits educational books for the imprint. He is the author of the illustrated infographic title Britannica’s Encyclopedia Infographica and the fact-list book Listified!
He also contributes to Britannica reference works and has edited content for the mass-market non-fiction series published by What on Earth! Books.
He holds a prominent profile in educational publishing for young readers. His most recent book, Listified!, was published in October 2022 under the Britannica imprint.
