R.M. Gray is a young adult fantasy author. Her debut novel, Nightweaver, follows seventeen-year-old Aster Oberon in a world menaced by Nightweavers—cursed beings whose rise has forced humanity to the seas—drawing on elements of piracy, gothic fantasy, and forbidden alliances.
Nightweaver first appeared as an independently published edition on 16 October 2023 with Merlin’s Pen Publishing (ISBN 9781662942860). The novel was subsequently acquired for a new publication programme by Little, Brown Books for Young Readers, which issued multiple trade formats in 2025.
The Little, Brown edition is presented in Standard and Deluxe Limited formats and runs to 432 pages. It is listed as the opening title in the Nightweaver series and is available in hardcover, ebook, audiobook, and later trade paperback formats. The Standard hardcover carries ISBN 9780316587259.
Nightweaver was published by Little, Brown Books for Young Readers on 4 March 2025.
