Phoenix Andrews is a journalist, writer, broadcaster and researcher whose work explores politics, fandom, popular culture and digital culture. His journalism has appeared in national and international outlets including the Times, the Independent, Slate, Prospect and the New Statesman, alongside academic and commentary pieces.

He is the author of I Heart Politics: How People Power Took Over the World, published by Atlantic Books. The book examines how fan cultures, online communities and grassroots enthusiasm shape contemporary political movements. I Heart Politics was published on 4 April 2024.
