Maxime Lebrun biography

Maxime Lebrun is a French illustrator of children’s and colouring books. Trained in illustration and animation, he studied at the École Supérieure d’Art d’Épinal and works across novelty, activity and picture-led formats, with a focus on storytelling through light, colour and expressive characters.

His credits include the lift-the-flap and peek-through novelty book Up, Up, Up in the Tree (Silver Dolphin), the slider board book Slide-a-Story: Who’s in the Barn? (Silver Dolphin), and the activity title My First Wild Activity Book – published by Caterpillar Books in the UK and by Silver Dolphin in North America. He has also illustrated Three Little Pigs: A Favorite Story in Rhythm and Rhyme for Capstone’s Fairy Tale Tunes series.

My First Wild Activity Book went on sale on 2 January 2018.
