Margaret Stohl biography

Margaret Stohl is an American author known for her work in young adult fiction. She co-authored the Beautiful Creatures series with Kami Garcia, which was first published by Little, Brown Books for Young Readers in 2009. The series includes Beautiful Creatures, Beautiful Darkness, Beautiful Chaos, and Beautiful Redemption. Stohl and Garcia also wrote spin-off novels set in the same universe, including the Dangerous Creatures series.

In addition to her collaborative work, Stohl has written solo novels. Her solo debut, Icons, was published by Little, Brown Books for Young Readers in 2013, followed by its sequel, Idols. Stohl has also contributed to the Marvel universe, authoring Black Widow: Forever Red and Black Widow: Red Vengeance, both published by Marvel Press.

Margaret Stohl’s writing extends to the Royce Rolls novel, published by Freeform in 2017. She has also written for the Life of Captain Marvel comic series for Marvel Comics. Stohl’s work has been recognised within the young adult literary community, and her books have been published by major US publishers including Little, Brown Books for Young Readers, Marvel Press, and Freeform.

Her novel Beautiful Creatures was first published in 2009.
