Lyndall Clipstone biography

Lyndall Clipstone is an Australian author of young adult fantasy fiction. She is known for writing atmospheric novels that often explore themes of monsters, romance, and the gothic. Clipstone holds a Master of Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Adelaide.

Her debut novel, Lakesedge, was published by Henry Holt Books for Young Readers in 2021. The story follows a young woman who becomes entangled with a mysterious lord and the secrets of his haunted estate. Lakesedge is the first book in a duology, followed by Forestfall, which was published in 2022.

In addition to the Lakesedge duology, Clipstone is the author of Unholy Terrors, published by Henry Holt Books for Young Readers in 2023. Her work is published in the United States by Henry Holt and in the United Kingdom by Titan Books.
